PAYING YOUR RENT ON-LINE
Step 1: To create
an account go to www.gtownha.org . Log into the Resident Portal
and navigate to www.My.HousingManager.com
Once your account is established you’ll be able to pay
your rent & utilities. All Security Deposits must be paid at the office.
Step 2: Once you’re
logged into the Resident Portal, you’ll be able to establish a payment method. Once
the payment method is established you’ll be taken back to the Rent &
Payments menu on the Resident Portal.
Once a payment method is established online, the
Resident Portal will save the payment method.
To change the payment method, select the “Payment Methods” link on the top of the webpage.
Once the payment is submitted you’ll see a
confirmation that your payment was successfully submitted. Thereafter, log out.
MAINTENANCE
UNIT ACCESS
Maintenance must be able to enter your unit
June 06 2021 – June 09, 2021 for housekeeping inspection, water meter readings,
smoke alarm inspections, and air filter changes. Storm doors must be unlocked.
BLUE GRASS COMMUNITY
ACTION
Funding still available. The average amount
paid for utilities on your behalf is
a one-time amount of $200.00. No walk-ins; you must have an appointment with
Community Action.
MOWING
If Maintenance or the mowers have to move
or clean around your unit to mow, or can’t mow, your account will be charged a
fee.
EVICTION RELIEF FUND RENT HELP
You may still apply for help with your rent at the Healthy
at Home Eviction
Relief Fund (HHERF) website at: teamkyhherf.ky.gov.
EVICTION MORATORIM
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) signed a FINAL extension of the residential evictions due to non-payment
of rent through July 31, 2021.
OUTSTANDING RENT DUE
You are obligated to pay any outstanding rent balances as a
provision of your lease with the Housing Authority.
If you have not made a repayment agreement with the Housing
Authority or applied for funds to assist you, you should do so before the end
of July 2021.
Failure to become current in your rent and/or enter into a
repayment agreement with the Housing Authority by July 31, 2021 will result in
the Housing Authority’s decision to take legal possession of the unit you
occupy.
REPORTING CHANGES
Changes in your income, household composition
and assets must be reported – in writing, to the Housing Authority via a fax
(502- 863-3771), through the USPS mail service, or placed in the lobby drop box
within 10 days of the change.

OUTREACH DAY
An
outreach event hosted by GCHS staff to connect with GCHS students and families
in your neighborhood has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
There
will be food, games, activities, and school information. All GCHS students and
families are welcomed.
The
approximate times that GCHS staff will be loading and unloading at each
location is:
Georgetown
Estates 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Scroggins
Park 11:15 a.m. – 12:15
p.m.
Northern
Heights 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (SECTION 8) & PUBLIC
HOUSING WAITING LISTS
The waiting lists for the Housing Choice Voucher
(Section 8) and Public Housing programs will re-open during July 2021.
