To log on to the Resident Portal navigate to my.housingmanager.com

Once your account is established you’ll need to establish a payment
method. Once the payment method is established you’ll be taken back to
the “Rent & Payments” menu
on the Resident Portal. The payment method will be saved. To change the
payment method select the “Payment
Methods” link at the top of the webpage. Partial payments will not be
accepted.
- 3. U.S. Postal Mail Service – Your money order or check must be for the full amount due. Partial payments will not be accepted.
REPORTING CHANGES:
Changes
will only be accepted through telephone communication, E-Mail, the U.S. Postal
Mail Service or FAX. Please call with any questions or concerns on
reporting changes in your household composition, assets, income, or eligible
expenses.
EVICTION MORATORIUM
ENDING:
The CDC eviction moratorium ends 7/31/2021 with no
further extensions.
